• Bouquet

  Wonderfully lifted, perfumed and alluring. The nose displays fruit aromas of stewed black and red fruits with hints of freshly ground pepper. This is supported by smokey oak nuances and a slight toastiness.

• Palate

  The palate is ripe, yet elegant and surprisingly cleansing. The upfront fruit flavours are of raspberry and blood plum. The mid palate is spicy with gamey and savoury flavours. The back palate is clean and dry with a lingering umami character.
