Check in time is from 14:00 and check out time is 10:00am.
Cancellation policy – requires booking cancellations or changes to be notified to Petersons Armidale 48hrs before arrival day. Guests who have booked through third party website must contact these companies directly to make any cancellations or changes to their reservation.
Guest belongings & car parks – Guests are requested to lock the door of their room when leaving their accommodation or going to bed. Petersons takes no responsibility for loss and/or damage to the guests belongings. Car parking is available onsite and is strictly subject to availability. You agree to enter the car park at your own risk. Petersons Armidale does not accept any responsibility for damages or loss to your property or property belonging to someone else.
Pet Policy – No pets are permitted to be inside the accommodation and are not to be left on the property overnight. If found with a pet, you will be asked to remove the animal or leave the property. Service dogs are exempt from the pet policy.
Mandatory Age requirements – guest booking the accommodation must be 18 years old or over. Any guests under the age of 18 are considered minor and must be accompanied by responsible adults and act as the parent or legal guardian.
Smoking Policy – Smoking indoor areas & on verandahs is prohibited, including the use of e-cigarettes & vapes. Smoking is allowed outdoors away from other guests, please dispose of all cigarettes in ashtrays provided on the property.
Damage/Theft – the primary guest (guest registered on check-in) will be held responsible for any damages to their accommodation room and its contents. The primary guest will also be responsible for any damages caused within the hotel common areas. The primary guest is also responsible for any damage or theft caused by their guests or visitors. Petersons Armidale reserve the right to process any payments in addition to accommodation to the credit card supplied to secure you booking.
